NBL1 North Bendigo Bank Logan Thunder Women Player Announcement x 2: Mackenzie Auton and Hannah Dalton

We are excited to announce that Mackenzie Auton and Hannah Dalton have signed with the Bendigo Bank Logan Thunder Women for the 2021 NBL1 North Season. Both Mackenzie Auton are Hannah Dalton are Logan Thunder Juniors who have developed through our pathway and will this season spend time transitioning into the NBL1 program.

Mackenzie and Hannah recently won a Bronze medal at the U18 state championships playing for the Thunder U18 girls as bottom age players. Mackenzie then represented Queensland at the U18 National Championships. Both players will look to learn and continue to develop playing and training alongside some of our experienced superstars in Mikhaela Cann for Mackenzie and Mikaela Ruef for Hannah.

Brayden Heslehurst had the following to say about both players signing – “We’re very excited to have two of our next generation of young stars join our squad in Mackenzie Auton and Hannah Dalton. Both players really impressed at this year’s U18 State Championships which earned them a spot in our squad and we can definitely say the future of the #ThunderFamily is bright after seeing these two develop and improve already after such a short time. They will continue to get better as they learn from not only our coaching staff but our senior group, which will allow them to be future stars of our NBL1 North program.”
