On Sunday, June 9, at the Logan Thunder vs. Mackay NBL1 game, Logan Basketball retired the #3 jersey worn by former junior player Mitchell Young. This marked the first jersey retirement by Logan Basketball and initiates a tradition of honoring the local, state, national, and international achievements of Logan players. This prestigious award, reserved for our most successful athletes, was approved by the LBI Management Committee earlier this year.
