Logan Basketball Incorporated (LBI) is excited to announce our extension of the Bendigo Bank Cornubia Park Sports Centre Management Lease.

Logan Basketball has committed to a new 10-year lease that will see management rights maintained until 2031.

Since taking over Bendigo Bank Cornubia Park Sports Centre management rights in 2016, multi-sport use within the venue has increased annually and Logan Basketball has continued to upgrade and improve the facility for the future.

Our members and the local community will continue to access a premium amenity for low cost which will lead to growth in participation across all Indoor sports and the stadium remaining a hub in the City of Logan.”

Through the original 5-year management lease from 2016 -2021, Logan Basketball invested more than $450,000.00 which includes some of the following upgrades

  • Downstairs Bathroom and Change room redevelopment

Through the new 10-year management lease Logan Basketball will continue to invest in upgrading and improving the Bendigo Bank Cornubia Park Sports Centre. A focus of the new lease is continuing to offer low-cost court hire to the local community.
