1. What message would you like to get across to the Thunder Family about Wing?
Wing, Australia’s first drone delivery service, has built a fleet of highly-autonomous, lightweight delivery drones that can transport small packages directly to homes in minutes. Logan is the first location in Queensland where Wing is offering drone delivery to customers’ homes. We love being a part of the Logan community and are excited to partner with the Thunder Family this season.
2. Why did Wing look to get involved with the Thunder Family?
Wing has been offering drone delivery in parts of Logan for the last 18 months now and have enjoyed delivering for the local community. Logan is one of the fastest growing communities in Australia, and our fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly mode of delivery helps customers in Logan save time, and eases congestion on roads. We’ve loved being part of the Logan community, and as an organisation focused on ensuring lasting benefits to the people of Logan City, Logan Thunder was a perfect partner for Wing.
3. What are some opportunities available to Logan Basketball members at Wing through the partnership?
Logan Basketball members will have the opportunity to be a part of one of the first communities in the world with a drone delivery service. We want to bring drone delivery to more members of the Logan community in 2021. If Logan Basketball members live in Logan, they can download the Wing delivery app from the Google Play or App Store to see if delivery is available to their home!
