We are incredibly proud to announce that Logan Basketball has gone BACK-TO-BACK in not one, but TWO major Basketball Queensland awards — plus a massive individual honour for one of our rising stars!
🏆 2025 Association of the Year – BACK TO BACK!
Logan Basketball has once again been recognised as one of Queensland’s leading associations. From four State Championship titles, a QSL2 Women’s Championship, and an NBL1 North Women’s Conference title, to major growth in inclusive programs, school initiatives, and more than $200,000 invested in facility upgrades — our entire community continues to raise the bar. This award belongs to every player, coach, volunteer, and supporter in the Logan family 💛💙
2025 Vince Hickey Award – BACK TO BACK!
Another year, another dominant showing at the State Championships! Competing across all eight age groups, Logan brought home:
🥇 Gold: U16 Boys, U16 Girls, U14 Boys, U14 Girls
🥈 Silver: U12 Boys, U18 Girls This result is a huge testament to the strength of our pathways, our coaches, and the incredible commitment of our athletes and families.
⭐ 2025 Female Player of the Year – PRASAYUS NOTOA!
A MASSIVE congratulations to Prasayus Notoa, who has been named Basketball Queensland’s Female Player of the Year! Prasayus shined in NBL1 North, averaging 13.5 PPG and 8.4 RPG as a starter for the Logan Thunder and earning the NBL1 North Youth Player of the Year. She also led Queensland to U20 silver at Nationals, and represented Australia at the FIBA U19 Women’s World Cup, bringing home another silver medal. Prasayus continues to inspire with her talent, resilience, and leadership.
