Aja Parham-Ammar Appointed Interim Head Coach of the Adelaide Lightning

Logan Basketball is proud to celebrate and congratulate Aja Parham-Ammar on her appointment as Interim Head Coach of the Adelaide Lightning.

Aja, who won an NBL1 North Championship in her first season with the Bendigo Bank Logan Thunder Women, continues to excel through her leadership, professionalism, and passion for athlete development.

The Adelaide Lightning announced Aja’s appointment last week, highlighting her extensive playing and coaching background, including being a former Boston College standout with WNBA experience.

Aja shared:
“My love for sport, combined with 10 years’ experience as a sports performance/fitness trainer, developed a clear passion: creating an environment where athletes of all ages, sports, and performance levels have a place to sharpen their athletic acumen and foster a healthy existence, a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy spirit.”
